Our ceremony packages do not include arbour/back-drop flowers but we are happy to arrange this via one of our favourite and most trusted florists. To receive a floristry quote with your package, simply send the relevant information (including colour palette, style, size, shape, and flower preference) along with your enquiry and we can provide you with a quote.
Additional suggestions: Matilda Lounges from $150 each, Cocktail Tables from $65 each, Stools $18 – $22 each, Exposed Banquet tables $65 each, Chairs $11 each. We often recommend a couple of banquet tables for a small sit down aspect as adds additional comfort for guests and creates a nice styled aspect.

As part of all of our reception packages, you can choose to add additional items/services to make your day exactly as you planned.
General styling concept and overseeing of styling for feature areas starts at $200 for a cocktail event and $300 for a sit-down affair
Candle styling (votives, glass pillars or candle sticks of choice) starts from $60

While we don’t do floristry or lighting, we do work with some fantastic suppliers and are happy to pass on a referral if you need. Simply get in touch with our team who are ready to help.
Important points to note:
Delivery and collection of Heart Strings Hire and Style items the following morning will be quoted based on individual event. Service starts from $130
General styling includes styling of tables (crockery place settings not included but can be included for additional fee), set up and positioning of furniture and décor, and overseeing styling on the day.
If you require us to incorporate extra hire items, or your own decorations, an extra fee may be included to allow for extra set up/style/dismantle time etc.
All above packages do not include a wedding planning service.
All above packages do not include coordination of the day, whilst we are happy to assist and direct other vendors under your instruction to help things run smoothly. We are not responsible for full coordination. Please ask for an additional quote should you require this service.
Upon collection, we will pack down all our items but we do not include cleaning of venue and/or crockery.
