The styling of a wedding – or any large event – has the ability to create an ambiance that brings people together and adds to the creativity of the day. At Heart Strings Hire and Style, we have the experience to bring these elements together, thanks to the careful planning of a room and the detailed selection of the right pieces for your event.
If you are an event planner (or have reluctantly become one since your engagement), then our team can simply deliver your order on the preferred day/time and at the preferred location. This will allow your set up crew/stylist to work their magic while we deliver each piece according to the floor plan provided in advance.
This is a complimentary service included in all of our delivery/collection fees.
Our team at Heart Strings Hire and Style offer a wedding ceremony styling package that includes the furniture delivery and styling of your ceremony prior to the arrival of you and your fiancé. Once everything is in place, our team will leave the site during the nuptials and return to complete the pack-down. This process can be turned-around in 3.5 – 4 hours, or time-lined based on your requirements and that of the venue. This service starts from $200 and will allow you to leave the details to us, knowing that the ceremony will be ready for your arrival.
Starting with a complementary consultation – where we encourage all materials of inspiration laid out on the table – whether that be from Pinterest, a friend’s/celebrity’s wedding, Instagram, magazines etc. – we begin to gain an understanding of your vision and your styling requirements. You may have a very clear idea of what you want, or have no idea where to start; either way, we are here to help. Our stylists work with you to execute your unique event and bring it into reality.
This package includes liaison with the other vendors involved in your wedding such as the venue, the florist, the lighting crew (if applicable), and your event planner. Our team will also collect and pack-down all hired furniture the next day.
Heart Strings Hire and Style reception styling starts from $300 with a hire order over $600 which does need to include our chairs and / or our tables. Once the initial consultation is complete, a formal quote can be detailed based on your specific event requirements.
